Re: Fedora 29 released
I had considered upgrading last night, but thought better of it. I'll upgrade here in a week or 2...

Re: Fedora 29 released
Well, I did update my installation media today if I need to install Fedora on anything. So I'm one step closer.
Now need to see if they've got updated repos for rpmfusion.
edit - the answer is yes they do. So should be good to upgrade whenever I get around to it.

Re: Fedora 29 released
Not sure if the wife and I are doing anything this weekend, if not I may upgrade over the weekend.
Re: Fedora 29 released
Went ahead and upgraded. I did go very conservative, removed the rpmfusion repos and upgraded with the '--allowerasing' option. This removed several packages, such as mpv, but avoided any possible issues. I could have upgraded the rpmfusion repos and it most likely wouldn't have had any issues, but decided to be super conservative just to see how much got removed.
So far, in my few minutes of using 29, no issues so far...but it's been VERY little so far.
Re: Fedora 29 released
Was typing up a reply to a thread on another forum and completely logged out today, so NOT a good start for Fedora 29...
