Enough with the Win11 upgrade ads

Im running Win10 on an older mini pc that in stock form cant upgrade to Win11, yet Microsoft is inundating the system with ads about upgrading. In fact I can use workarounds to run Win11 on this system but MS already indicates it cant run it, so why bother?

Ive disabled notifications until the next update comes and overrides it. My post was more about sending so many Win11 upgrade ads for a system that cant support it.
