They've moved to a calendar based number system thus 7.6 is now 24.2 instead.

I dont like it as much as FreeOffice but theyve definitely improved it quite a bit with this release.

I use Free Office also. I just don't like the way LibreOffice works. Perhaps I should watch a tutorial on it, but, FreeOffice works for my needs.

Ive also used WPS and its quite good but not as easy to use as FreeOffice.

Its interesting as a German state is going to switch to Linux and they are going to use LibreOffice.

Tried to work with LibreOffice last night but just couldnt stand it. The new version is improved but I just cant use it.

I'm right there with you, CC, I actually think I'll remove it from my computers. What's the point of having something on your computer if you're not going to use it..? :roll: I have only office, on my home computer, and on my shop computer. I also have free office on my shop computer,but, I really haven't needed either, since I don't write invoices anymore :roll: In fact, since I retired, I only use my computer to shop Amazon, Ebay and Parts Express. I do use my computer to stream music,or watch YouTube tutorials. I could probably get away with practically nothing much on my machines. :geek: :o

Even being an original long term Windows user, I never really used MS Office very much, preferring other apps.
