A quick chat with my host and it should now be resolved (it was in my tests).

@wove: could you please check again and let me know if it works ok now?

I just did an install of the Chromium on Fedora 36 SilverBlue and in this instance I got to the site without any warning.

@tlmiller On first run I go to the dai-trying main page because I remember the url and come to the forum via the link, which I then book mark. So specifically it is the main page of dai-trying that generates the warning.

The specifics is "This site has presented an identity that belongs to another website." Which I mistakenly first mentioned as a Certificate error.

In order to get to the main page, I have always had to enter www.dai-trying.com. Entering just dia-trying.com results in "Server not found." message.

Update here. I just did dai-trying.com and now it works without entering the www.

Nice job, glad it is sorted out. thank you

That's great, Thanks for reporting back, I'm not sure what exactly the problem was but the guy I spoke to said he was "reinstalling the certificates" so maybe there was some small anomaly that caused the error.

I hadn't either until I started trying to force it from other browsers and then I found it, but it was definitely a strange one.

I use Thunderbird (52.2.1) to access the RSS feed (app.php/feed, thanks Dai) and have had no problems with certificates during this discussion.

Thanks Chris, it's good to know different aspects of the forum are being used, and I'm happy to hear of no other issues too . :D

Yeah, just from prior experience I had a feeling it would have to do with ssl termination of one of the subdomains (www., forum., etc)

When I did find the error I thought my host was going to ty and make me buy another certificate for the www entry but thankfully that wasn't the case :D
