Now, talk about issues, BoA is a bank I'd never be willing to deal with again due to the issues I had with them...

Havent had any issues with them so far and Ive been with them over 20 years. Not to say some problems havent occurred with them but nothing has happened to me personally. Their online services are really good and they are very responsive to issues.

Ive done more ordering and everything seems fine. They are continuing to upgrade their site.
