+1 to that. c 1:30 until I wake up - anything between 9:00 and 11:30
I don't know where anyone got the idea that us oldies need less sleep. Apart from the overnight bit, I regularly get an hour or so late afternoon or early evening.
We're (UK) not on DST until 02:00 31st March.

We use to do DST later in March but that changed and honestly it doesnt bother me. Many seniors have issues sleeping but thats not the case with me.

I find sleeping in my recliner chair sometimes, is better than sleeping in my bed. With all the injuries I've sustained over the years, i.e.broken back, knee, osteoarthritis, it's a wonder I get any rest at all

My wife falls asleep in her recliner a lot, but I need the cushioning of the bed due to some injuries and conditions I have.
