Re: A New Job
Thats hard to do as you many times have to take jobs that are available and learn to live with it. At my age thats a bigger deal.

Re: A New Job
I love this job so far. Tons of stuff as far as the parts department, and inventory are all Mucked up,so it's going to take me 6-10 months to fix it. Maybe a year. Some people just don't care, and act unprofessional,or whatever...if that's the case with your job...QUIT IT...!!!Don't screw it all up for someone else...grrr This is the first job I get a hour off for lunch...so that's nice. I just walk home and rest for an 50 minutes, eat, change my shoes if they're bothering me,and watch the noon news. I ate alot of crap over the years, till i got this,so I'm thankful for it...!

Re: A New Job
Glad its going to work took me 3 years to clean up the mess from the last maintenance guy. Im in the other direction right now as the new board of directors on the property is causing a lot of issues and its been a mess trying to deal with things. Not even sure if they are going to renew our management contract, or even if we will get any raises/bonuses.
