Believe it or not,I don't use Google chrome on either of my desktops...in fact,it's not even installed as a browser. I have it on my RCA tablet. In fact, the Android operating system has so much Google bloat on it, I HATE,HATE,HATE it totally. If I could somehow dump it,s operating system and reload it with MX-18, I'd do it in a heart beat....!! It wastes so much power on all this stupid junk like "hangouts" ,games, etc. I got to leave it plugged in constantly....! :x :x :x :x

I use Firefox and either Chromium or Chrome as a backup. On MX18 I actually use Chrome but only when there are issues with Firefox. The way the browser market is going, Chrome based browsers are taking over rapidly, ala Microsoft Edge.

I won't use Chrome on my linux installs if I can avoid it. So far, there isn't a distro that I've tried that doesn't provide Chromium in some form, so I use that instead.

I did like Chromium, but I really do like Slim jet, (I know,it,s Chromium, but without the ads). I do like Pale moon, but I just stick to FireFox....all but on this tablet...since it's totally geared to Chrome. I was using Puffin on it for awhile. That worked real well, then for some reason, not so much anymore. Firefox sucks on this tablet. Like I said,I wish I could dump this Android OS,and go with Linux on this tablet. :x :x

I also use Opera and Midori but many times I run other browsers just for testing purposes. I honestly use Firefox 99% of the time.

Yup, I'm the same. Firefox 99% of the time, Vivaldi and Chromium are on all my installs though. Chromium does get used for work...

My needs are simple,so FF works great...! I tried Midori, but didn't like it. I did use Opera once,..seemed OK. Never really pursued it.

I used to LOVE Opera back in the 90's and early 2000's. Nowadays I can't get into it. I mostly like something other than FF & Chromium to keep around as a "just in case", although it's been a couple YEARS since I found a site I COULDN'T use FF on.

It only happens once in awhile but it has happened to me with FF, not being able to access a site properly.
