My NextCloud server has been up and running for a couple years and it has been very useful. The latest Debian Bookworm as well as Fedora 39 have stopped allowing connections to servers with invalid certificates, which just ends a most of the NextClouds usefulness for me. You can get a free certificate, however they want a domain, and my NextCloud is only local.
To add insult to injury NextCloud has decided to go only 64bit, which means I would need to get a new Pi to update my NextCloud instance. Anyway, I think I am going to shut down my NextCloud server. I have no idea what I might replace it with. It has been a good run though.
