They get 25% of my lump sum ( from the time I submitted my claim, till they give me my benefits) I don't know what it will be, but it seems very reasonable. I'm glad I got legal representation before I even submitted any documentation. I was warned by a few friends who tried to get disability on their own, that they got denied the first time, without a law firm. So, they STILL, ended up hiring a attorney, wasting more time,and money, then they finally got their benefits. It's a shame that we have to play games to get what we worked and PAID into,all of our lives, with the government

That is very reasonable. I have some family members who are heading down that road and I suggested a lawyer after youre experience.

They found a good lawyer group locally with a good rep to get their disability.

I suggest to not go it without legal representation. When you're up against a government entity that has unlimited money to contest your claim, you're just wasting your time. Would you try to represent yourself if you were charged with a crime..?
It's strange getting up early,and watching the rest of the world rush towards the rat race.
I don't miss it at all..!
