Re: Spiral Linux 11.220925 released
Only glitch Ive found is there seems to be an issue with the Nvidia driver. I run 1600x900 even though the display native is 1920x1080 but initially the screen is off by quite a bit(cant see colse button in uper right) when I change the resolution. Then after making no changes the display goes black and says I must run in 1920x1080 at 60H which is what it set originally. It works fine with the Intel IGP so must be a bug. I restart and all I get is the same message. First time Ive ever seen this happen but I run mostly Intel IGPs. Didnt happen though with my Radeon RX570.

Confirmed the resolution issue was with the Nvidia driver. Its a shame the Nvidia drivers are such a mess on all fronts.

Its really nice that you can install FreeOffice for Linux from their site as I really hate LibreOffice. Added kdiskmark as well and will be adding cpu-x.

One of the funnier issues is with Discover. When you go in to get updates, the two buttons in the upper right hand corner for refreshing or installing updates cannot be seen, but they are still there. Run the mouse over the area and you can see the faint blue border of where they should be. They still work but you just have to be aware. First time Ive seen that happen with a distro so far.

Already reported it to the devs, but its something they should have spotted themselves.

Apparently the problem only occurs with the dark themes in regards to the invisible but present function buttons.
