Was that KDE5 or KDE4? I had a Dell E4300 that couldnt run KDE4 but ran KDE5 just fine. Q4OS KDE is lighter than a lot of other KDE distros Ive used.

That was KDE5, however it was before the devs really cleaned it up, around plasma 5.10 or so.
