Not expecting a smooth ride as life never works that way but at least I have the freedom to make choices and spend more time with my wife.

At this point in your life, that's all that really matters. A friend of mine was over today, and he said I looked terrible..! My hair is really gone gray, almost white, along with my mustache and eye brows. He also said, I m more angry and stressed now, than I was at my last job. Which is really uncalled for, in my life. Be Thankful you got out now,and are still healthy,to do things.

Still adjusting as I still have that feeling from work and having my schedule predetermined. Sunday nights were tough but tonite it will be the first relaxed Sunday night in 13 years.

I was called into the office today, to get a written warning, for something I was told to do by a boss. The stooge that hired me,along with the HR girl, starting asking me about the situation, and I explained it, but they didn't want to listen to my explanation. I flat out told them that I wasn't going to sign the reprimand,so they said, it was still going to be in my file. According to the company handbook, they give you 3 written warnings before they fire you. I 've talked to a few friends about this, and they've told me to quit, without notice, since they've disrespected me so much there. My one friend has said this job has ruined my life. He's afraid I'm headed for a stroke, from the stress. I'm really ready to tell them to stick it. I work with nothing but backstabbing pricks. Ugh..!!😠

I waited too long and should have quit over a year ago, and my health has suffered for it. I went thru the same thing with my Regional and HR which was stupid and demeaning. If you can survive financially get out as quick as you can.
