Overall I'd say the race was kinda meh. Not as dull as most F1 races nowadays, but there wasn't a lot of action on track except for crashes. Still, it WAS better than most F1 races, as there was more than a single on-track pass the entire race. Congratulations to Taku who looked like he was starting to pull away from Dixon when the final full course caution came out causing the race to end under yellow.
For now, full results can be found here.

After watching the IMSA race at VIR the Indy 500 is a really boring race except for the crashes. Really happy for Sato whom I used to watch a lot in his Formula 1 days.

Huh, that might be, I did switch directly from the IMSA race after it ended to the Indy 500.

Love VIR and the racing was incredibly with both GTD and GTLM.

GTLM was actually REALLY funny because for a 2:40 race, it was 100% survival of the luckiest. Corvette didn't win through good pitstops, good strategy, or being the fastest. They won because they had the fewest issues.crosscourt wrote: ↑Mon Aug 24, 2020 8:04 pm Love VIR and the racing was incredibly with both GTD and GTLM.
GTD was some AMAZING racing for the 2-4 spots. The old man basically checked out for the win, but behind him was some SERIOUS racing going on.

Totally agree and what I liked about the GTLM was the fact that crazy stuff happened and lets see who copes with it better.
