I did try this once quite some time ago and I'm sure I recall all the "good stuff" that attracted me to the the OS in the first place had to be paid for, so needless to say I pretty quickly un-installed it. I can't see any mention of having to pay for added modules on the site now though so will probably take another look at it.

To my knowledge I dont believe they are charging for them anymore.

That'll definitely be worth a look then as I got quite excited when I first saw that distro, it was just the cost of the software that put me off.
