Which of the 3 would you consider the best in your experience?

It would be Linux Mint because of better hardware component recognition compatibility such as video drivers and wifi

To tlmiller, the E6400 has two screws but I dont even use them as the hard drive caddy is designed to snap in so havent had any issues at all.

To junkie, Linux Mint no doubt is a great user friendly distro. I still use both the Cinnamon and XFCE versions of Mint 19. Havent settled on a regular distro yet but the Cinnamon Mint 19 version is a contender.

Actually Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon is an excellent distribution.

Yes it is but I really prefer KDE and Mint chose to drop their version.

As much as Ive liked Mint 19 Cinnamon Ive pretty much moved on from it and been using the RPM distros far more. Rosa and OpenSUSE 15 have been a great experience with a much lower resource usage versus Mint Cinnamon.
