I do quite like Q4OS Gemini, although I like the Trinity version myself.
MX Linux KDE wasn't my bag. Not bad, but not my style. Not a bad OS for those who are looking for something along those lines.
I've never liked LMDE historically. Haven't used this version, but historically it always felt "unfinished" due to getting so little attention when compared to it's Ubuntu based brother.
I still, personally, have yet to find a Debian-based distro other than Q4os (and only the Trinity version) that gets CLOSE to offering as good an experience as Debian proper. Most everything takes MORE time to make it how I want it than just a basic Debian install.

LMDE 5 ius far better than 4 but agree that Q4OS is the next best thing to running Debian. MX21 has a lot to like but theyve done many things I dont care for and thus I end up on Q4OS most of the time.
