Re: Fedora 35 beta released
I should probably download this and try it AT LEAST in a VM...been since 31 I think since I've used Fedora now.
Re: Fedora 35 beta released
I tried the ostree KDE version and was dismayed that neither Falkon nor Konqueror was available for install. If you run up the regular Plasma spin let me know if those are available via a dnf install.
Re: Fedora 35 beta released
So, if anyone's interested in the Fedora Spins, here's the link to download the 35 spins.
Waiting on the Plasma spin to finish downloading and going to try it in a VM.

Re: Fedora 35 beta released
Well, the KDE spin fails to install...I tried the normal Fedora just to test, and it installed, but of course I'm not going to bother using it since I don't consider Gnome to be in the least bit tolerable anymore.
edit: Went back and tried it again with more "Fedora" defaults (no root user, btrfs, etc) and now it's installed.

Anacondia, Fedora's installer gives me fits with its drive setup portion. The ostree installer does an oem install, so user account is done on first boot. Thanks for showing me Falkon and Konqueror up and running.
