Deepin Linux, like Windows starts into an installer. If you wish to try Deepin as a live image you can do the following.

Create the USB stick and start the computer using the USB, the instant the boot screen appears, press and hold tab. The following text will appear at the bottom of the screen.

.linux /live/vmlinuz boot=live components quiet splash union=overlay livecd-installer locales=zh_CN.UTF-8 initrd=/live/initrd.lz

Edit this text to this.

.linux /live/vmlinuz boot=live components quiet splash union=overlay livecd initrd=/live/initrd.lz

After editing and hitting return, the USB image will boot into a live session.

A lot of apps are in Chinese and getting some drivers to install is a real pain. My first time the default browser was in Chinese so overall it was beautiful but cranky. Feren OS Offers the same beauty with many nice features and a much easier to use DE/KDE.
