3.9 has been out awhile but Q4OS or should I call it Debian 10 is a very clean, stable and easy distro to use. Choice of apps is excellent and I dont really have to install many additional apps. With the desktop profiler you can get a minimal and basic install as well. Its become one of my top distros because its such a clean,simple design. Gave Debian 10 a look as well and honestly not much difference between the two but the Q4OS features really make the difference.

Huge amunts of updates but they are still suck on 5.14.5.
