Its crazy and the move to use non-union workers has accelerated. Its destroyed the image of the USPS though as these mail delivery people dont get uniforms, most of the time dont things as they should and wear shorts, tank tops and headphones the whole time they are working.
A lot of mail has been lost or delivered to the wrong addresses the last few years.
