It will happen to all of us eventually as we get much older and fewer friends and relatives are left.

I'm home as well. I will probably celebrate by sleeping. My favorite form of celebration. :D

Got cut from work, since there was no mail to process...Friday will be my last day there. I'm Sooooo Glad..! I won't go back next year. I've NEVER seen a place run so incompetently. The management is totally clueless.. Onward and upward.

T..
Big business is all the same...they think we're all drones....just like the Borg,..we're all expendable. Resistance is Futile.... :x
They make good workers work twice as hard,to carry the rest of the "shrubs" that do nothing, instead of firing them and getting good workers. I was constantly being told by supervisors there to "slow down" or "Don"t help that person"....basically..."don't produce".....that's NOT how I was raised, and NOT my work ethic. I'm a self employed business owner, and did this to get some extra $$$ and stay busy during the holidays. I guess I just don't "fit" in today's "work environment"....sorry I don't have a phone glued to my hand....

Its the same with my company as they do as they wish and even moved to a new software time management, so Ill be punching online all the time in and out for work. Havent done this since the 70s and in my line of work with emergencies its pretty much a farce.
