I was watching some Babylon 5 today. WOW...I remember it being really awesome when I was younger. It was horrible looking special effects and bad acting.

I think it still looks very good and the acting for a scifi show is very good as well. B5 is 25 years old so I thin k it aged very well.

I watched that for like 15 minutes yesterday between parts I & II of the 24 hours of Spa. I had never even HEARD of it before, and just sat there amazed at how many drugs the writers must have been on.

Ive never seen it before and caught it in the middle so it took me awhile to fully grasp what was going on.

Speaking to your comments tlmiller, if someone not familiar with Doctor Who flipped on the show and saw all the odd things they might have agreed with you about the writers being on drugs.

There around the 4th-7th doctors, I have no doubt they were. The first few definitely not, but yeah, definitely when Tom was the Dr, I'd argue there's no way they weren't. Strangely, same timeframe...maybe BBC became like Hollywood and everyone was on drugs in the late 70's?

Sapphire and Steel dealt with inter-dimensional and time aspects so in some ways it was using similar plot points like Doctor Who. Its different no doubt and the 70s BBC had an abundance of strange shows.

Been watching a new series on Netflix, "Another Life" starring Kate Sackoff ,Selma Blair and some other un-notables. Kinda interesting, but it kinda drags(as most of these series have been) but has some good Special Efx. It's got 10 episodes, and I'm at #7...so far, it's "meh".... :x :|
