They had a chance in the beginning but they lost their way badly and the overall plot was so different from previous versions people couldnt get into it.

They are running it on Comet right now at 3pm/11pm est and at times ive enjoyed it but the ending was terrible. They never gave us any inkling of what might happen down the road hanging us out to dry.

I had liked Andromeda at first, but it quickly lost it's way.

Hardly worst ever. Definitely not good, but I've seen far worse. But the show was fun for a few episodes.

Well, maybe not "the worst" considering Sci-Fi channel's Saturday night monster movies a few years back. But none the less, the Starship Andromeda looks one step above a cartoon animation. And,when you want to look like a Magog, just wrap yourself in a fur bathrug...! LoL...! Those look like mean Ewoks...! LoL...!

Andromeda at first looked good but simply disappointed over time.
Lexa Doig though worth a look! :)

It's funny you mention Lexa. She and her co star Lisa Ryder made Jason X,around the same time. Same premise as Andromeda, except, switch Dylan Hunt with Jason Voorhees....weird....

Saw that movie, very weird but enjoyed Lexa when she joined Stargate SG-1.
