Got up <5 this morning to go for a walk, was <70*. Now, just 3 hours later, it's >80*. Still probably going to go up another 20* by lunch. Nuts...

THankfully no deluge today, just some steady light rain. This property floods really bad with sudden prolonged heavy rain.
