Odd article. Focuses on the older, eventually to be deprecated apt-* suite, not the apt suite that the title would imply. Also spends a lot of time talking about non-apt things. Not horrible for someone new to debian distro's though.

I hesitated to post it but felt it had some worth to certain users given we are a Debian site.

Yeah, it has it's value, just presented in a very odd fashion compared to what I'd expect.
