I've looked at this, it doesn't look bad so far, but isn't available in Debian repos or any flatpak repos, so I wouldn't be willing to switch to it for "day to day" usage until it's available in one of those.
It is actively being worked on to get it packaged for Debian, which will then also carry over to Ubuntu. It is available in snap packages already, but I hate snap.

Im very happy with Clementine and Audacious so wouldnt really be looking to Strawberry for now. I also hate snap.

I like Clementine, but it's a dead project. So it's only going to keep getting more difficult to keep running due to it using increasingly outdated libraries as time goes on.

Yep, Clementine has been dead since 2016 but for now its fine as I dont use Clementine all that much. I run other apps as well so its not really an issue.

It's my primary music player, so for me it (will become) more of an issue once it starts getting removed from repos due to security issues or library issues.

There are still rumors about Clementine coming back though I cant substantiate them presently.
