I downloaded that and gave it a try on Ubuntu a couple weeks back. I am not familiar with MS Paint at all, but I assumed an application called Drawing would be a drawing application and not a paint application. I could not make head nor tail of the interface and from what I could tell it did not work, although it is possible I just did not understand what it was for. I noticed that the comments in the app store did not think to highly of it either.

In the article I posted above the author discusses his experience with the app and it seems as though it wasnt difficult for him to use. Look at the article as it might help at least a bit.

So since it's available as a flatpak I installed it.

It's UI is ugly. Not a HUGE deal if it works well.

I couldn't get it to open a file. Doesn't matter what I did, it would not launch something for me to open a file.

Pretty much worthless IMO.

It reminds me of older versions of MS Paint but its features do work as there are other reviews of it from people who are presently using it.

Lots of other choices for those of you looking for this type of app.
