Final major patch version of 5.19 released

The last major release of the KDE Plasma 5 series, 5.19.5 was released today. More information here.

Actually saw that it was already available in Arch so just installed it. At first glance (literally maybe 2 minutes of use) it doesn't seem like any major changes.

It was available with Neon on 9/4 as I updated on that Friday night. Feren hasnt gone to it yet.
