Installed it on Windows 10 and frankly didnt see much different.

I would say it was you. I've actually had to do a help>about to tell if it was upgraded to 71 yet or not.

Just updated to 71 on Neon today but have been using it on Win10 for awhile.

I've had it on Neon and Arch. I don't think I've booted my Windows machine since it was released to get updates yet...

My wife decided to go the Win10 route so Im now running it to test updates and keep things moving. Shes playing with it on her laptop but will switch to it this summer. The Chromebook is sitting on top of the hitch having been used twice and she wouldnt take it back. At least Win10 was free and because she works for a non-profit she can get Office 365 for free.
