I have to admit, after years and years of releasing CPU's that barely improved on their previous generation, I really could care less about anything that has an Intel CPU right now.

Current Intel cpus I can understand your attitude but if your using older hardware Intel cpus are still a good choice. Given the performance of older generation cpus Id recommend Intel without hesitation. My future hardware choices, that remains to be seen.

I like this setup as it offers VGA and you can still tweak it a bit.

I actually only own 1 monitor that even supports VGA anymore. My desktop uses Display Port on both monitors, and my docking station uses DVI.

Im using VGA on all my monitors presently and DVI on the rest. Because I play much older games I prefer to have VGA available but I presently dont use displayport at all.

Friend of mine has one of these and its pretty nice and performs extremely well. Totally silent but thermals are actually quite good and some aspects can be upgraded.
