Me too, I seem to be quite lucky with hardware, I have some machines that are still 100% original and fully working! although tbh I don't really push my hardware too hard.

And I just pulled an old PS2 out of a drawer and had a play on that yesterday, brought back some happy memories!

I bought this used...who knows what abuse it has been thru before me. I always shut my computer off. Even my new one at work. It has a SSD, it's a Dell, and its running Windblows 10. We had several power spikes over night 2 days ago,but my computer was fine...since I turned it off....

Yeah, I'm a big fan of buying used too. Currently nothing I own (computer-wise) was purchased new. The closest would be new open box (the Dell desktop I just rebuilt). Although the case it's in was purchased new, as well as the ram. Everything else was used from the existing or factory refurb.

Oh... I wanted to tell you guys that my company bought 7 new computers, all Dell 7050's,and they got me a 24" Dell monitor. I ended up buying myself 2 Harmon Kardon speakers, and I listen to HRH Radio all day...😋😜🌝🎸🎸🎸

I had a 7050 for a while, good pc. First desktop we purchased as a company that came with an SSD. I stole it for mine until I was required to go to a laptop.
