NSA Starts Contributing Low-Level Code to UEFI BIOS Alternative

More here.

While I WOULD like to see coreboot become a realistic option, not sure I rtrust the NSA AT ALL to do things ethically. Ethical and the NSA is somewhat like cold and the sun...they just don't go together.

NSA worked with SELinux didnt they? So far that seems to have worked out.

It was in the article you posted, commenting on NSA and SELinux. I was aware of it because a friend of mine use to work for the NSA.
