Re: Neptune Linux

Ive been running Mint 19 Cinnamon long term and its improved hugely, particularly with recent updates but I always tend to gravitate back to KDE, just as those users above.

Re: Best laptops for every budget in 2018

I worked at Anandtech for years when Anand was there but since he left its simply not the same any more. Its still a good site for most mainstream users but i recommend Arstechnica myself, given the level of expertise available in the staff and membership.

Re: Best laptops for every budget in 2018

To give you an example, I just read a laptop overview based on best values in older hardware, such as i buy off of Ebay. It was a great read but everyones experience is a bit different and for in depth overviews I would point people to major sites like Arstechnica/Anandtech or one of the large lapto...

Re: Neptune Linux

Did two more installs for friends and what an easy distro to work with. They are enjoying it and chose it after trying MX17, Mint Cinnamon 19, and PCLinuxOS 2018 KDE. 5.4 has few issues and the included apps are actually fine for most users. KDE seems to suit former Windows users a bit better than C...
