I regularly stay up past midnight usually around 2am and dont get up very often before 10-11am. Im a night owl type and prefer the afternoon-evening period a lot more. My wife is the same way and unlike many seniors, I need more sleep than most, usually more than 8 hours.

Pex is great stuff to work with and is ideal for older homes with issues. I tried to get them to use it here in the condos to solve some issues but they still wanted to do things the hard way.

I dont like it as much as FreeOffice but theyve definitely improved it quite a bit with this release.

I've reached a point where I probably won't be buying any newer hardware and will stay behind the curve and use older hardware , plus maintaining my much older systems for specific uses.
