+1 to that. c 1:30 until I wake up - anything between 9:00 and 11:30
I don't know where anyone got the idea that us oldies need less sleep. Apart from the overnight bit, I regularly get an hour or so late afternoon or early evening.
We're (UK) not on DST until 02:00 31st March.

I first used UNIX (SCO) on an early 486 back in the start of time. Vi was the nearest thing to EDT on VAX/VMS. Hence, I use Vim (Vi Improved) now.
