What version of the app on the desktop do you have? I have noticed that once the app is more the 2 or 3 minor point releases old, it stops ACTUALLY working. So the LTS supported versions of Plasma never have a working KDEConnect that I've seen.

So ordered 2 more. Aqua for my old T495 (I don't know why, I want to get rid of that laptop), and an Orange for my new Latitude 5420. I REALLY like hte looks of laptops with these covers on. I wish they made one for the Inspiron 7415 and I'd have every laptop (that I'm keeping) with a case.
