Spent time at Kaiser because of the issues so I must have picked up the flu there. LOL!! will never go back to work even in jest.

Hasnt been a good week. Got a stomach flu and passed out in the bathroom, slamming my head on the wall and butt/back on the tile floor. Not a good start to retriement so far.

Windows updates in my case have been incredibly reliable but its not to say I havent had issues once in a while, mostly in the old days.

Windows updating hasnt had any issues. I havent bricked a bios since the early 2000s.

Ive got nothing but Dells and thus Ive done it thru Windows as it fast and easy.

Ive had issues with bios updating in Linux and since then Ive done all my updating with Windows. Its happened often enough that I became wary.

Going to convert the Dell Latitude 3330 over to Zorin and use it full time.

Tests were good news and bad news. Heart appears to be ok based on EKG,triglycerides are thru the roof and kidney study overall was good but just a few negative indications, and Thyroid function is a bit off. Overall for being 69 pretty good. If I can get the BP down some of this will solve itself. ...
